In a recent interview with the Financial Times
Mr Lafley said: “The other thing that’s changed is we really have had a chance over the last several acquisitions to plan. We put them [acquisitions] on our systems, we put them in our structure and we don’t get into silly discussions about whether you’re going to use SAP [software systems] or not. You’re going to use SAP, okay? We’ve spent a small fortune on a global SAP platform. That’s not negotiable.”
